In the midst of an international pandemic (COVID-19), many peope are finding it challenging to stay focused on their regular routines.  In return, this can cause difficulty in making exercise/daily movement and healthy and balanced eating a priority.  With many gyms closing, and many people finding themselves at home all day long, it is easy to feel unmotivated and discouraged.  As a result, many will be halting progress on their wellness goals, gaining weight, and feeling BLAH!


I'm here to help!  I'm offering a special deal starting now through the end of April for specific programming and support during this time.  This will include:

  • Weekly one on one sessions over the phone where we will discuss your health/wellness needs, goals, desires, and struggles.

  • Meal planning support

  • At home exercise programming 

  • Accountability and support during this uncertain time

This 4 week package deal usually goes for $500/month but due to the current crisis and economic stresses I am only asking $250 for this.  That's 50% off!! (This price is negotiable depending on what level of support you need!)
